SWAN SI
Coord3’s runway-format horizontal arm, built for thin-walled sheet-metal and plastic component inspection in automotive production environments.
- Lightweight aluminium alloy carriage with air bearings on Y and Z, and a double mechanical guideway with recirculating ball bearings on X
- X-axis strokes from 2 000 to 8 000 mm. MPEE from 12 + 15L/1 000 µm (≤ 40 µm), factory tested to ISO 10360
- Pneumatic vibration isolation – no dedicated foundation required

SWAN L
The SWAN L console-format horizontal arm, designed for floor-flush installation and easy handling of large, heavy parts – without a dedicated foundation.
- Air bearings on all axes with DC servo motors and linear optical transducers for smooth, repeatable measurement
- X-axis strokes from 2 000 to 6 000 mm. MPEE from 12 + 15L/1 000 µm (≤ 40 µm), factory tested to ISO 10360
- Optional cast-iron work surface and floor-mounted rail covers for seamless integration with automated loading systems

JUPITER
The JUPITER is Coord3’s flagship horizontal arm – fully encapsulated for thermal insulation and contamination protection, built for body and sub-assembly inspection directly on the plant floor.
- Single- or dual-arm track configurations with 100 mm overlap between arms for uninterrupted full-structure coverage
- X-axis strokes from 5 000 to 8 000 mm. MPEE from 12 + 22L/1 000 µm (≤ 50 µm) with speeds up to 580 mm/s and acceleration up to 1 500 mm/s²
- Walkable guards, open recessed structure, and floor-flush installation as standard – no dedicated foundation required
