Raise3D
Raise3D builds industrial 3D printing systems engineered for flexible manufacturing, covering rapid prototyping, jig production, end-use parts, and low-volume batch runs. Founded in 2015, the company operates across 173 countries with a complete ecosystem of FDM, SLS, and resin DLP printers supported by integrated software and materials.
As the authorised Raise3D partner for sub-Saharan Africa, B&R 3D Solutions supplies hardware alongside installation, materials guidance, and ongoing technical support. Whether your facility requires high-speed FDM, production-grade SLS, or high-detail DLP resin printing, our team matches the right configuration to your application and keeps it running.
Industrial 3D Printing Across Three Core Technologies
Raise3D covers FDM, SLS, and DLP resin printing within a single integrated ecosystem. Each technology shares the ideaMaker software platform and open material architecture, so your team standardises workflows regardless of which printing method the application demands.
- Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) printers with dual extrusion, speeds up to 500 mm/s, and compatibility with engineering-grade filaments including carbon fibre, glass fibre, and flexible TPU
- Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) via the RMS220, delivering up to 5 kg of production-ready nylon or TPU parts per day from a compact 0.58 m² footprint
- Digital Light Processing (DLP) resin printers with RFID-traceable wash and cure workflows, Air-Peel technology, and an open material programme for third-party resins

Raise3D Printer Range

Fused Deposition Modelling 3D Printers
Raise3D FDM printers deliver professional dual-extrusion printing with build volumes up to 300 × 300 × 605 mm, speeds reaching 500 mm/s, and support for engineering-grade materials including carbon fibre, glass fibre, nylon, and flexible TPU.

Selective Laser Sintering 3D Printers
The Raise3D RMS220 is a compact industrial SLS system that produces production-ready nylon and TPU parts at up to 5 kg per day, with a 75 W fibre laser, modular build units for continuous output, and semi-automated post-processing through the C220-P Cleaning Station.

Resin 3D Printers
Raise3D DF2 and DF2+ DLP printers produce high-detail resin parts at speeds up to 100 mm/h, with Air-Peel technology for reliable layer separation and an RFID-traceable workflow that automates settings across printing, washing, and curing.
Applications
Raise3D printers support manufacturing workflows from concept validation through to production-ready output.
