Raise3D’s entry into industrial SLS – the RMS220 delivers a 220 × 220 × 350 mm build volume within a compact 0.58 m² footprint, producing up to 5 kg of nylon or TPU parts per day with galvanometer scanning speeds of 30 000 mm/s.
- Removable Build Unit 220 cools to below 100 °C in 30 minutes for rapid job turnover and continuous production with a second unit
- Layer heights from 0.05 to 0.40 mm across seven validated powders including PA11, PA12, and TPU 86A/90A
- Optional C220-P cleaning station reducing post-processing labour to 20 to 45 minutes per build cycle
- ideaMaker slicing with simultaneous preheat – reaching print temperature within 20 minutes of job submission
