Scanology’s laser scanners from B&R 3D Solutions include nine systems spanning three distinct scanning technologies, including handheld, optical tracking, and fully automated products. These are each engineered to capture complete, accurate 3D data at high speeds.

Simscan-E
This palm-sized 3D scanner is the most compact of the Scanology laser scanner range and blends lightweight design with exceptional performance.
High-definition industrial cameras have a 180 FPS camera frame rate, and advanced processing captures up to 6.3 million measurements per second. Three scanning modes, with 81 blue laser lines, allow for scanning of both simple and complex structures.
- Measurement accuracy and resolution up to 0.020 mm with scanning area up to 700 × 600 mm
- Three modes: ultra-fast (geometry and dimensions), hyperfine (intricate features), and deep hole (hard-to-reach areas)

Simscan Gen2
With the same palm-sized form factor and 0.020 mm accuracy as the Simscan-E, the Gen2 has significantly higher measurement rates across three model tiers.
- Available in three configurations:
• Simscan 22 Gen2 (11 laser crosses, 2.02M measurements/s)
• Simscan 30 Gen2 (17 laser crosses, 4.58M measurements/s)
• Simscan 42 Gen2 (27 laser crosses, 5.8M measurements/s) - Scanning area up to 700 mm × 600 mm

3DeVOK-MQ
The 3DeVOK MQ is a step up in versatility from the SIMSCAN range. It introduces dual-mode infrared scanning, marker-free operation, and an ultra-wide field of view up to 1 100 × 1 000 mm.
- Dual-mode: 22 infrared laser lines for small-to-medium parts, plus infrared speckle for large objects
- Accuracy up to 0.08 mm with up to 4.5 million points per second
- Invisible infrared light for non-intrusive, marker-free scanning
- 24-bit colour and texture mapping with optional wireless handle

3DeVOK-MT
This model builds on the 3DeVOK MQ with a third light source – 34 blue laser lines alongside the 22 infrared lines and infrared speckle – enabling both visible and invisible scanning modes for greater material versatility.
- Accuracy up to 0.04 mm with resolution up to 0.05 mm at up to 4.5 million points per second
- Scans black and reflective surfaces without spray or pre-coating

Scanology’s flagship handheld scanner – the Kscan-E is a fully wireless, all-in-one metrology-grade 3D scanner with built-in touchscreen, on-board computing, and the highest measurement throughput in the handheld range at 8.29 million measurements per second.

Where the Kscan-E is built for versatility, the Kscan-X is engineered for scale – scanning parts from 0.5 m to 15 m with a field of view up to 2 600 × 1 800 mm and adaptive photogrammetry for consistent volumetric accuracy across large distances.

Nimbletrack
The bridge from handheld to optical tracking – NimbleTrack combines a wireless 3D scanner with an optical tracker that doubles as a handheld wide-area scanner. This enables metrology-grade capture across larger parts and working volumes than any handheld alone.
- Available in two configurations: NimbleTrack-C Gen2 (3.5 m tracking) and NimbleTrack-E Gen2 (4.2 m tracking)
